Andrew Zegelin - Manager


After completing college at the William Angliss College of Hospitality for business studies with a major in Travel and Tourism l started work at Travelcentre Bendigo in December 1984 and then purchased the office from the manager in January 1989 and have been here since.

Upon taking over the company we introduced the latest in computer travel reservation technology and instigated intense customer service training.

The company has grown to over triple its turnover and plans are ahead for greater development.

I have traveled the world but specialize in Canada and the USA and South America.

I enjoy focusing on customer service, marketing and book-keeping.

Jodie Shelton


Jodie started with Travelcentre Bendigo in May of 1993 and actually commenced as work experience involvement and we were so impressed, employed her on the spot.

After a decade of leisure travel Jodie now heads up our corporate division which has resulted in over 3 million dollars in turnover in her first year.

Jodie has traveled to some lovely spots and offers expertise on India and Mauritius and has now moved into Europe and loves to chat about Asia and the Pacific.



Samara Frizzell
The newest member to our team.
A recent graduate of the William Angliss College, she heads up our domestic division.

She is proficient in the latest computers and all fare types thus shaping our country and the way we fly.


Deborah Simmonds
Our fantastic receptionist and book-keeper and the centre of our busy office.

Deborah takes into account all administration duties and keeps the office ticking along with the phones being answered and the customers being directed to the correct consultants.

She also will take your American Express Card Payments and offer general advice on which direction your travel enquiry should take.
